OK, so I sorta skimmed the beginning of the article "solicitation of a beverage" "exposure of a sexual organ" "prostitution". OK. I get it.
Altho how would you solicit a beverage? Leaning close in to a can of Coke, you whisper across the pull-tab, "hey, honey would you like to come home with me tonight?" And the can of Coke follows you? Never mind.
